Warranty Policy

GetVizy guarantees your purchase for the first year. If a product proves to be defective within this period, we will offer a repair, replacement or gift card, depending on the state of the item in question and its availability on our website. Shipping costs for the return of the product by regular post will be covered by the customer if further inspection of the product is required by GetVizy.

All products bought on our website or directly from us on Amazon will automatically be registered for warranty. If you have bought one of products from anywhere else (IE: retail location) you will need to register your product warranty within 30 days of purchase. Details on this will be included in each box. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear or excessive usage.
