What does it cover?
There are lots of parts that work together to make the VizyVest LED Vest such an amazing product. With that comes the chance that one of them may not work. Through much testing, we are confident that our product is extremely reliable and we are therefor backing it with a 1 Year Warranty.
Having issues with the buckle, chest lamp, charging port or the LED Vest itself? Have no fear we are here to help! If any issues arise within the first year of you owning a VizyVest we will repair or replace your unit for FREE.
Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, and tear or excessive usage. We hold the right to deny claims if they are clearly caused by the user.
How Do I Make A Claim?
We currently have less than .1% warranty claims so the odds are you will never even need to make use of our policy. However, it is definitely reassuring to have when purchasing an electronic product. If you find yourself needing to make a warranty claim here's how to do it:
1: Contact Us. Send us an email directly to email@example.com. In this email please state where you bought your VizyVest & describe to us what the issue is. If possible please attach a photo or video of the issue in the email. We are available to serve you 7 days a week so feel free to reach out to us at any time.
You're done! It's that easy. From there on we will communicate the steps to follow. It usually involves us providing a return mailing slip so that you can mail us the VizyVest for us to further investigate the issue, followed by a replacement unit being mailed to you. It's quick and easy...
